Gemplex Social at https://cb.gemplexott.in is a social-media management service. This policy describes the information used when you create an account, upload content or connect a social account.

Information we process

• Account details such as your name, email, username, timezone and account settings.
• Images, videos, captions, drafts and publishing schedules that you submit.
• When you authorize Facebook, the profile and Page identifiers, Page names, access tokens and other information returned under the permissions you grant.
• Technical records needed to operate the service, such as sessions, activity records, errors and request information.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, display connected Pages, store your content, schedule and publish posts you request, provide available reporting, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. Connecting a Page does not by itself instruct us to publish a post.

Facebook permissions and third parties

The Facebook connection requests pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts and business_management. These permissions support listing available Pages, reading Page information and publishing content to authorized Pages. The information actually available depends on your approval and Meta's access rules.

Publishing sends the relevant content and authorization information to the selected social platform. If you use optional AI, payment or external-storage features, information needed for that feature is sent to the configured provider. Those providers apply their own privacy terms. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Storage and security

Account records, uploaded files and connection information are stored in the service's configured database and storage. HTTPS protects transfers to this website. Access tokens are sensitive credentials used to perform authorized API requests. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and sessions

The service uses session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests. Disabling required cookies can prevent login and other account features from working.

Your choices and deletion

You can remove Gemplex Social from Facebook's Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings to revoke access. Revocation does not automatically delete information already stored here or posts already published on Facebook. To request deletion of stored account or Facebook data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

Data remains stored while needed for the service or until a verified deletion request is processed. Specific records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations; any exception should be explained in the response to your request.
