These terms apply to Gemplex Social at https://cb.gemplexott.in. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account and connected Pages
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and connect only accounts or Pages that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for actions you request through your account. Review your selected Page, content and schedule before publishing.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize the service to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide features you request, including publishing to connected platforms. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, credential theft, malware, harassment, intellectual-property infringement or attempts to bypass security or platform restrictions. Follow Meta's and each connected platform's applicable terms and policies.
Third-party services and availability
Facebook and other integrations depend on third-party APIs, valid authorization and platform permissions. Platforms can restrict access, expire tokens, reject posts or change their APIs. Scheduled publishing and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Check important publishing results and keep copies of important content.
Optional features and purchases
Optional features may require provider credentials, permissions or payment. Review any price and billing terms presented before purchasing. These terms do not authorize unrequested charges or purchases.
Ending access and deleting data
You can stop using the service and revoke its access in the connected platform. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions for information about stored data and deletion requests.
